ram with you. It is self-paced, educational and fun. There are many opportunities for training, growth, and observation of what makes "a good speech" or "a good speaker" plus you can enter contests and receive recognition. This is definitely a win-win place to be!
Our club is committed to creating a mutually supportive environment in which our members can refine their communication and leadership skills. We have 'seasoned' members of 20+ years in Toastmasters and new members that have only recently joined.
New members are assigned a 'mentor' to help them with their first few speeches before the club. New members are encouraged to get involved at every meeting by serving as a meeting functionary. Even members without formal assignments play a critical role - to 'clap and cheer' for our presenters and evaluators during the meeting.
Each meeting, awards are presented based on member votes. We award a Better Speaker, Better Evaluator, Best Table Topics and Best Functionary award at every meeting.
What a Deal! Membership fees for Leaders Plus are just $45 every 6 months, paid in March and September of each year. In return, you receive your own personal mentoring team committed to helping you reach your personal development goals.
